I've been super busy and also working on a new site, thus the lack of updates. Here's a link to some photos from this weekend's Rallye Baie-des-Chaleurs.
The Whistler Olympic Park in the Callaghan Valley hosted the 2008 Haywood Canadian Cross-Country Ski Nationals this past week. For many, it was their first opportunity to ski the 2010 Olympic Nordic skiing course. As a spectator and photographer, it is a fantastic venue with the course looping in and out of the stadium. I was there for several days as a video cameraman, and also brought the still camera out for the long distance classic event on Sunday. I've posted a set on flickr.

Sara Renner & Chandra Crawford at the finish of the long distance Classic nordic event.
A new Seven Restaurant ad I filmed at Resort TV.
Earlier this month I was down in Vancouver at the Republic to shoot a fun tech/startup party called - appropriately enough - LaunchParty Vancouver. Shira Lazar came up from LA to host the show, and we worked the floor capturing interviews with the attendees and the companies showing off their startup projects, websites, and businesses. This video features Maura Rodgers and Danny Robinson from Strutta who organized the event, and product interviews with Moblu, SomethingSimpler (Pul.se), and Sitemasher.
Here's a short teaser for the Flatovercrest.com Rally DVD I'm working on. It will be ready for shipping on the 17th - just in time for Christmas! The Christmas order deadline is December 14th. Just out of interest, if anyone is unable to view the video below (ie. you have an error, or it just won't play) please leave a comment. I'm trying to figure out which is more widely accepted by browsers and internet users - Mp4 Quicktime or Flash Player. Thanks!
Just found some Driver's Seat Television segments from last year on YouTube. Here's a segment I shot in Las Vegas at the SEMA show while I was working for ATV Productions.
Here's a little promo video for Pat Richard/Rocket Rally I made, using television and DVD footage from the past few seasons.
